Here is a sample of the email you will get from the voicemail system. You can open an attached mp3 to listen to the message. You can click on the administration links to see your mailbox online.

When you click the links, you're taken to the user page. Ignore the ' Voicemail ID' (Unless you like putting in that 16 digit number starting w/ '555' on your phone). Instead use your extension where it says 'extension', and use the password you set up when you configured your VM box.

Once in the system, you can perform all of the functions except 'Listen', which is presently prohibited by security. 'Listen' is kind of redundant anyway since you already have the mp3 in the voicemail, and can listen to the message through the phone when you contact voicemail.
